Coastal Foraging

We recently had a fantastic, and momentarily sunny day spent at the coast on a team foraging trip. The salt marshes were very fruitful providing us with sea arrowgrass, sea aster, samphire and sea purslane. Its a great day out for the team, learning how to work with nature and incorporating it with our produce
